Coach Terell Smith
Former semi-professional basketball player who has played oversees and locally with different teams across the nation. He is a graduate of Limestone College and from the beginning has always had a passion for teaching the sport of basketball.

Coach Vernon Taylor
Vernon Taylor, known as Coach VT, is a 12-year professional basketball veteran with experience at the collegiate, international, and professional levels. In 2018, he founded Taylor Made Athlete Skill Development, an elite training program focused on refining players’ skills through personalized coaching. His extensive career gives him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to succeed, which he brings to every session. With a strong focus on fundamentals, basketball IQ, and high-level competition, he is dedicated to developing skilled, confident athletes. Coach VT’s hands-on approach and professional insight make him a highly sought-after mentor in the basketball community.

Smith Elite – LKN was born from the vision of Terell Smith, a former semi-professional basketball player and founder of the successful Smith Elite Training program. After years of developing athletes and creating a winning culture, Terell expanded his mission by collaborating with experienced professionals Frank Jones and Mike Morrison to establish Smith Elite Training – LKN.
Our mission is to provide athletes of all ages with a comprehensive training experience that emphasizes both athletic performance and personal development. We combine elite-level training in sports performance with innovative digital marketing strategies, ensuring our athletes not only improve their skills but also gain the exposure they need to excel on and off the court.
